How To Change Log -on Background Screen (Welcome Screen)


Everyone plz try this...
Log-on screen change trick

For this u just need to follow these two steps
1. Creating a registy value
...
Click start-Run

then type regedit click o.k

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/microsoft/windows/current version/authentication/logon UI/background

right click in right pane

create new D-WORD name it OEMBackground and set value data 1..

exit registry editor...

if DWORD entry is not done then use other trick

open run-type gpedit.msc click on o.k..

go to computer configuration/administrative templates/system/log-on

set the following option to enabled
"always use custom logon background"
Then close policy editor...

2.next step is to set background wallpaper in following folder
c:\windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds then paste image in background folder..
Info folder dont exist by default.. U need to create folder....dont forget to create "backgrounds" in "info".
Rename ur pasted image as "backgroundDefault"
image size should be less than 255 kb. restart computer
